Title: E3 things I done gone and saw.

Post by: 0rph3u5 on June 16, 2017, 05:17:05 pm: I am only now catching up on my E3 viewing and reading (despite the constant pokes and messages from people who had the spare time) but I am most excited about after E3 is this one:

I am a bit sceptical about some of the claims from the developers (esspecially are "there are some animations and gameplay we only use once") and because coop games never really work for me anymore (e.g. setting up the scheudle to play with someone to competion) but a game that commits to the idea of asymetical coop (i.e. the experience of the players is not same with e.g. visuals only one player can see) would be really nice (the last game I played that had asymetric coop was Dead Space 3 and it was very limited in that regard).

Runner up has to be for me:

While I kinda think they went overboard with the sequel-baiting in the original game, esspecially in the post-credits scene, I really want more of the world and Aloy as a character.

(I mean seriously, TWO new Metroids. Yus.)

SO HYPED!

Huge fan of the original, can't wait to see this remade! According to the developers, it's a 100% faithful remake. No story changes, everything will be the same. It's just a complete asset re-do. And there will be a modern control option since the original controls feel pretty weird nowadays.
