sound issue

not sure this is the place for this or notm, but I'll try anything at this point:

D/L from knossos, Once I launch the mediaVPs mod, I cannot get the sound to pipe thru either my bluetooth ear buds, nor any plugged in headsets. Despite mere moments ago having music piping thru the afformentioned headsets/earbuds.
Trying to go into the computer control panel and forcing the use of the earbuds has no effect.
