i request a "Central Command" card

it would be an ability card

Effect "send all opponents on random missions of unimportance" (return all opponents cards to there hand)

Effect 2 "Suicide mission" (target member on your side is sent to the trash pile after 2x its attack points are dealt to an opponents member card)


Also i would like a "Neo Terran uprizeing" card

Effect "destroy Central Command"

Effect 2 (if we have ships) "Destroy Half of all shipcards in play at random" (round up when there is an uneven number)

The form of the sentence is wrong. Look at the other cards, the quote has quotations. It follows that this one must be one quote and not two separate ones, and thus should be two quotes inside a quote, denoted by <'>.
