Title: How to backup progress from FSO

I was gonna uninstall FSO and Knossos soon, but I want to back up all my progress so I don't lose it. Does anyone know where I can find the specific files I need to backup?

Edit: I forgot to mention that I used the Knossos launcher to install FSO. I don't know if that makes any difference.

I found where the profile stuff is located. It's in AppData.
