Strange error with PCS2
Since I've started using new PCS2 builds, I've been getting a strange error on every startup.
I've planned to report it earlier, but it didn't cause any harm and thus, I constantly postponed it ad kalendas Graecas (a reall bad habit of mine  :) )
Code: [Select]
23:02:36: file '', line 47: '=' expected.
23:02:36: file '', line 49: '=' expected.
Numbers of lines vary, but oscillate around 49. Sometimes it's one line. It doesn't seem to cause any harm, but is annoying.

I'm getting this same issue, only at lines 54 and 57 (version Feb 19, 2011).

Can you provide any further details?

What else can I tell you?
It happens on startup, on some models (ussualy low poly ones) upon closing the PCS2.
With all models, every single time.
One of the first Alpha builds introduced this, though the very first one didn't seemed to have it.

Re: Strange error with PCS2
How about providing a model that always triggers it?

Re: Strange error with PCS2
No need, all of them do.
Retail, Mediavps, Scooby's, Inferno, you name it.
Every single model, every single time.

Never saw that, no matter what model I opened.

Re: Strange error with PCS2
I'm certain that it's a bug on my end, otherwise somebody would have reported it by then.
Is there anything similar to FSO debug builds that would help diagnose the issue?

Re: Strange error with PCS2
It even happens on just starting PCS2 without opening a model, at least for me it does. Could it have to do with an incorrect DLL or somesuch?
I'm on WinXP Prof, SP3, if that's of any use.
