MetalDestroyer, you should remove mipmap, img2dds and cache-bitmaps. Mipmap shouldn't be used because mipmaps should be included within the texture files themselves, unless left out by purpose. This flag would automatically generate mipmaps even on maps that shouldn't have them as well as weapon effects. Img2dds would convert all non-dds textures and effects automatically to dds, which again should not be needed. Cache bitmaps on the other hand would leave bitmaps loaded into memory and thus reserve bmpman slots which are very limited already. In the worst case scenario you may hit bmpman limits when this flag is used because bitmaps would remain in memory even if mission doesn't use them.
