I see something gray that looks like a cockpit down and to the left of the glowy bridge lights

It's right in the very middle of the screen, all you can really see is the engine trails............. I think.

Too far down.
Literally all you can see is two points of light that look like stars but when you look closer they have trails, they're engine exhausts.
Pretty much directly above where you're looking though.

If by 'low-res' you mean 'too bad it's not so hi-res that a tiny detail isn't detailed enough to fill a 1920x1080 screen' (Which would have to be something like 10k resolution).. then yes... it's interesting.

No, only the diffuse and specular maps are soft particles. Also the FPS counter is soft particles.

If by 'low-res' you mean 'too bad it's not so hi-res that a tiny detail isn't detailed enough to fill a 1920x1080 screen' (Which would have to be something like 10k resolution).. then yes... it's interesting.

I'm not complaining that the interior of a hangar bay looks a little pixelated. Merely observing that low res maps look slimy for some reason.

Yes it is awesome. I was surprised I could go in there since after the Lucy thing, I never bothered to try
