Why no 1080p? :<

I converted the video to 800x600 before uploading it because I didn't want too large file sizes. However, I found afterwards that keeping the resolution I recorded with (1400x1050) doesn't make the video too much larger, so when I upload more it will have a larger resolution. In fact I might try cranking it up to the max resolution this monitor can take, 1920x1080.

This Arcadia definitely has added details from retail. Doesn't really look like a HTL though, more like an old FS1 cutscene-like remodel. It uses retail tiles, too.

This is half-HTL Arcadia FSF did for intro cutscene some time ago, but they probably abandoned the model. He released raw model in .dae format, I've converted and finished it for my second project called Ultima Cena/Nocturnal Skies [I will discuss about the name with co-author of the mod later]. I can release it if someone want to take a look closer, unless it's not fully tested.

pk3 files can be read by WinZip or any other archiving tool. They're used by the Quake III engine to store stuff, much like VPs.
