Is there a certain string of text I can search for that would reveal this?  A search for "Kilrathi" doesn't return any results.

Well, you could look into the Fan fiction archive that is present on FreeSpaceFiles.

At least there are 86 stories... well or chapters. But there seems to be some stories that are not listed in the opening post :)

EDIT:
And well, there are actually 14 other chapters of FreeSpace 2: Devestation ;)
