Could the WC Saga run on such specs:
Celeron 600 Mhz
384 MB SD RAM
64 MB DDR Ge Force 4 MX440
SB Live
I can play TBP in 640x480 on medium details, but I get slowdowns with
15 or more capships and with LARGE models like B5 slideshow :sigh:...

Sorry to say this, but I doubt that it will run very good on that Machine.
 
WC-Saga feature many bigship battles,which will draw away your system performance. I think you will get the first release to run, but I can think at least of 3 battles or situations, where you might get problems with very low FPS

But when you are able to play TBP (even with some slowdowns), I'll say just give it a try. :)

My friend had a similar system where he had to set everything to low or middle, but anythin higher would run quite slow.
IIRC he had 800Mhz, 256MB RAM don't know about the rest.

Celeron might become a problem. However, without any special features turned on (i.e. TGAs) the prologue should work on your system.

I don't want to spoil to much :)

Depends how long the interface and the codechanges will take. If I'm getting bored or when it takes to long we might add a few additional single missions.

The prologue will be base shortly before WC 3?
If I can recall it correctly?
So the models will cover mainly WC 3/4 timespan?

That is correct. There are two exceptions though: Venture (WC 2 timeline) and Demon (Armada).
