ok, i saw that at an anime convention last year, and I just found it again on the web. Seems there's an english version ( haven't checked it tho, the french dialogues are hilarious, dunno how the english ones are... ).
It's very funny, lots of cameos for the anime fans, and lots of... mmh... stupidity for those who hate animes
The one thing is that it's the coolest flash movie I've seen so far, tech wise
