Unable to get the babylon project to progress past a mission loading screen
Hi, this is my first post on a forum so go easy on me!

I have installed the babylon project on a laptop I have that is running Ubuntu 12.04 and wine. I can select different campaigns but when I click continue the splash screen appears , one white loading bar appears and the screen just hangs. The only way to exit is to re-boot the laptop.

I have tried all the missions and the same thing happens. If it helps I have pasted the contents of FS2_Open.log below. Thanks in advance for any assistance, ive been trying for days to get it working

The error is due to the Mesa video driver not supporting texture compression. You need to use driconf in order to activate that support manually.
