Title: Trying to use joystick curves but buttons don't map to vJoy

As the title says, I was able to get the software to change curves and that works in-game however none of the buttons mapped from my actual device (HOTAS X) to the virtual one.  I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to ask about it but it seems xedocproject's forums are down/disabled.  Thank you.
