sw conversion

(1/5) > >>

KARMA:
we need one or two guys who know enough of truespace/pcs etc to help us converting ships for other games to fs2 and test them with the last fsopen releases to see if they can be used.
this doesn't require artistic skills, just enough time and modding knowledge to make some format conversions and transform a simple mesh into a pof

karajorma:
Have you consulted with Star Dragon about this? He may even have poffed some of the ships you're on about already.

Sigma:
I can convert models from the game X-wing alliance and I can work with truespace and PCS, too.
But I'm not very good in making LODs or path editing.

Here is an example of my work:

Oh, and the latest SCP release doesnt work on my PC.

TopAce:
It's a TIE Defender. Good!
SW-C has great problems with turreting, LODing and sizes.
For example the Corellian corvette has its turrets on the geometry itself, so it is not operational. about Sizes: The X-wing is larger than a B-wing. The B-wing has the size a TIE fighter must have.

Sigma:
OK, does the SW-C still need help with modeling or not?
