Seeing as I personally have absolutely no modelling skills, maybe someone should take the Hecate and make the lower front turret a BFGreen. Although I thought it already was, and maybe give it a couple more defensive turrets in the back...

Ummm place the Hecate in a mission in FRED2,..select turrets,..change to whatever you want  

AS far adding more....doesn't the Hecate have enough already?    LOL

It's in the main FS2 directory, and is called FRED2.exe. Run it, and be patient - it takes a good 10 seconds or so to open up.
