what are Freespace ships made of?

Any ideas? We know that Deimos class corvette uses collapsed core molybdenum (if that even exists) sheathing for extra protection, but what about everything else?
Ship frames? Armour on other ships? Give me your thoughts.

The crystals in a tungsten-titanium matrix combined at super cool temperatures, which has a name that is 37 syllables long.

BP takes an interesting and more realistic approach, with active/ablative armor, foam, and other less ridiculous handwaving.

They use aluminum on their ships and have specialized wizards reinforce the atomic structure and density  of the element and make them significantly boost their melting points, enabling them to withstand multiple Gigaton-range impacts from bombs that are capable of exploding in a vacuum, as well as being able to withstand a supernova's blast wave without cracking up.
With the rapid increase of FS fan-made campaigns, we're giving the GTVA a harder time with more violence and genocide.
