Whenever I play a custom campaign, everyone always has the good Command Briefing ANI files.  How do I use them?  If possible could you give me a reference list of which ones are which.

What I meant is like there are ones that I can currently use.  It says in the Walkthrough you can do one, but I want the whole list.  An answer would be nice also

The B5 project had some nice in-game ones that I liked, but in terms of [V] quality, they are highly skilled artists who have money to motivate them

If your talking about the ones used in Freespace2; it really depends how desperate people want it...see I could make a reference listing using Flash 5 within a time frame of 2 weeks with caption and preview images...though that would be stretching it..also I wasn't planning to do it for a month or two because I'm working on other sections of the Fs2 Project and found this particular section a non-high priority...and yes I have seen the Fs2Ref Guide but I think mine will be 10XX Better..(only for anis for now..cause thats all I'm talking about..)

but if you really need it I'll reconsidered??

As for making anis your going to have to ask other members because I ain't a specialist in that.

His hard drive crashed, so he lost that...hopefully he gets back into animating stuff, so we can see some   quality cutscenes!!   (He is working on a mod at the moment, here.)
