The prospect of voice-acting for this campaign interests me greatly. As such, I'm going to polish up my voice so that I can partake in a few samples of my own. I've only voice-acted once before, but I've done some stage acting and I can't say that this change is too different. I just don't have to take the time to memorize physical cues, that's all.

I'm usually available on the evenings on a messenger program, provided the interest is there. PM me if you want to know more.

Sad to say I can't help, can't get a good sample. Will continue to work on it if possible, and maybe you can find me a role. May be some time before I get my inbuilt mike fixed up though.

I haven't done any voiceacting for FreeSpace yet (go ahead and beat the newb  :lol:) but I have done one (a single... feel free to hit the noob again) failed sample.

Well yet another most hated question for you, but hows progress and how long more will this take before BP is fully voiceacted?

We're moving along. Corey is nearly done, Al'Fadil is cast, we have multiple people working on Samuel Bei. We still need an elder Bei and a few minor roles, but we're closing in on it.

I anticipate six more months to a year, but that's just a wild guess. Probably longer.

I'd love to take a stab at all of the remaining roles. I'll try faking some of the accents, but tastefully. Expect some samples within a couple of days.

Sorry about the delay in getting my samples ready. Fate decided to damn me with a sore throat. I'll still attempt the voices, but it may take a little while longer than expected for them to be prepared.

I'll have to see if I can record some samples for you guys. I'm american, and can do british, aussie, southwestern, and with a little work on it, eastern accents.

Thanks for the samples, Renegade Paladin. A couple of them have quite a bit of background noise – you might want to try to clean those up. I'm not sure if we'll be able to use you or not, but we'll keep you in mind.

Please do post those samples, Kusanagi, especially the accents. Have a look at the first post in the thread to get an idea of what we're still looking for.
