Update for Karajorma's FAQ (fs2downloads.com)

I updated all the links but didn't change any of the content, so a lot of it is still outdated.  I figure working links are better than non-working links though.  I linked to current sites where possible, but if I couldn't find a replacement for a dead website anywhere, I linked to the Internet Archive.

Nightmare:
First link produces a 404. Also, does Karajorma intend to bring the original site back online?

You mean https://github.com/plieblang/fs2downloads.com?  I don't know why you can't see it, because the link is perfectly good for me.  It's a public repo.

I've been meaning to go through the FAQ and fix things for a while, especially getting it in git so that it can be updated more easily. If you give me write access to the repo I'll try to get some of this stuff updated this week.

1. Apparently, not for me. I was having some issues with internet on the PC I'm writing anyway (some DL links didn't work, SVN neither); probably a problem on my side...

2. I should've read the topic properly. :sigh: When I read Karajormas website I used the link in the top navbar, which is broken, like many other things there...
