Someone rendered the Age of Aquarius intro!
It was quite a pleasant surprise when we stumbled onto this on YouTube.

We should steal this and use it to replace the old semi-crappy FS2 intro.

Our game engine almost looks better than the render!

Then I realized that it had way better bloom, and far far far better lighting.

Re: Someone rendered the Age of Aquarius intro!
Can we use this as a custom intro for AoA, please?

I...actually think the game looks much better than that intro cause I didn't see normal maps :nervous:
The ships looked so...low-poly and underdetailed...strange yeah...

The only thing good about it was the text. Needs the voice-acting imported too!

I'm not sure what the point of using this for the intro would be when you'll see the real thing again in the mission

See post 1, it's explained there.
