3: Plugins/Mods update
4: Servers update

I couldn't remember if 1.3 was the version that would see full integration of the Bukkit system, but I guess that comes with 1.4.

1.4 adds the modding API, not necessarily any integration with bukkit. Looking at "upcoming features" also says nothing about it.

Minecraft server addresses aren't necessarily explicit IP addresses, like, with numbers and stuff.

But how was I supposed to know if http://minecraft.egzodus.com/ is the adress for the server, and not the dynmap for it? I heve no idea how dynmap works under the hood...

I don't think there is any way to answer that question in a non-offensive way.

Even I don't play minecraft (anymore) and knew what to look for.
