Ladies and Gentlemen,

The campaign Into the Halls of Valhalla (ITHOV), reported dead earlier, has been ressurected and is under development by me. Momentarly, I am playing the yet completed missions to see what I need to fix on them and discover what happened before the missions I am going to FRED. For a foretaste, here are some screenshots. Thanks for MatthewPapa for making my FTP work again. If it hadn't been for him, I would be forced to do a dirty triple post with attachments.





The campaign consists of 26 missions(not including red alert ones) and will use some mods. Which ones, you will not know until it gets released.

Given the fact I have still much to do and ressurecting ITHOV is a recent idea, I daren't say anything for sure about a release date.
I hope to finish it this year, unless major changes happen.

The campaign follows the events of the well-known Derelict and  Police Action, which I released about half a year ago (available from here) Play it and you will know the half of the antecedent. After it, Lieutenant McCrae(Alpha 1) was sent to a far system Tania Austrailis alongside with two oher pilots, Lieutenant Commander McNamara and Lieutenant Yssym(Vasudan), who were 'banished' for various reasons. The campaign works up this assignment. At first you will encounter and fight pirates, but later in the campaign the Shivans will also arrive.

This is the main outline, the plotline is more complicated, of course.

Derelict is the one to do with the Nyarlathotep isnt it? but im not sure of the ITHOV storyline, i take it your still the same squad of people though with the masking taped ships? lol

In that last screenshot, it should be "Beta 1: Thank God" not "Thanks the God".

IIRC ITHOV was an unofficial sequal to Deralict.
