A little madness never hurt anybody....
"To this day, many tacticians and military experts argue as to not only the nature of this ship, but as to which side is the most dangerous.

Designated as the Madness class, the ship spans a massive 9 kilometers in length and over 6 in breadth, no allied military force has ever encountered this warship, and the only information we have was excavated from the archeological records of other races that have encountered this warship, and in this case, it would be a good thing.

To date, every enemy ship we have encountered sports some sort of exploitable weakness or the other - may it be weak armor, inefficient shield coverage, or even poor weapon arcs, each one has had some way of being defeated. But every analysis of this ship, every possible tactical plan and scenario has indeed come far short of any sort of victory against it. Admittedly, the enemy has created the near-perfect ship in this case.

It's very source of power is one of the main questions that puzzles most scientists to date. For the number of weapons it has in it's possesion, a single reactor is simply not possible; yet judging from the records, neither is the ship in possession of multiple reactors. There are theories, that say that the ship could draw it's power from the very Entropy of the universe, and such a thing is well within the enemy's capabilities judging from what we had seen so far. Yet other legends in the sand of time say that whenever the ship opens fire, it feeds upon the sanity of the living, and the damnation of the dead. But such things are but mere theories and legends, and until one is encountered, nobody can say how exactly it does what it does.

The weaponry of the ship varies quite wildly, as seen from the pictures. It is not sure which side is deadlier; the massive array of beam cannons to the front, including the ultra-cannon on the nose or the series of four triple-barreled turrets towards the rear, providing for an excellent overall offensive capability not only allowing it to take on ships larger than itself, but an entire fleet of smaller ones as well.

Although it is in possession of few other anti-fighter weaponry, it is rest assured that this ship doesn't need them. The armor and shielding is so incredibly thick that fighter weaponry can't even smudge the ugly paint job. It is also significantly resistant against most type of anti-capital ship weaponry, and the armor alone is estimated to be capable of surviving intense heat and radiation.

It's engine capacity is nothing to be joked about either. Although it is not fast, it does have power. It's movement is slow and tedious, but the truth is it at any point of time it only requires 1/5th of the total engine capacity to get it into subspace or FTL drive, with an insane amount of redundancy built into it.

Overall, it is considered fortunate that such a ship has not been encountered yet, however in case it does appear, plans are in motion to upgrade all current weapons and fleets in the hopes of at least standing a chance against it."
