Please CVS this code immediately.  If you can, remove all non-Freespace essential coding from the main code to specialize the program.

1. Integrate Advanced Direct3D/OpenGL Support
2. Integrate Docking Points and Paths Editing
3. Integrate Insignia Editing
4. Integrate Light Points Editing
5. Integrate Support for modeling programs such as trueSpace
6. Integrate Support for LithUnwrap and/or UVMapper
7. Integrate with FRED2
