Looking good so far. Those screenies really makes me think we should finally improve jump-in and jump-out animations.

I've always thought they were too small

Hmmm we could use a glowpoint with and empty center to simulate the glow around the effect.

Just downloaded the Demo...Rather difficult but amazing.   The above pics look like CGI quality.

The Babylon Project is way better.

While I have to admit that the game looks good, the Gameplay in the Demo was just insanely hard to wrap my brain around. Is the actual game any easier to play?

Y'know, I wonder how an Freespace Mod for Nexus would look...

Demo? I've been searching the Conflicts site and forum for it, and the Nexus forums but to no avail.

Nexus: The Jupiter Incident or something like that. Do a search in Google. (or were you talking about a Demo for the Mod?)

The Enemies reminded me of Space Orcs. Orks. Yeah...

Thought you meant a demo for the mod, already have the game.

Yeah, the Gorgs?

The game's plot is painfully cliche:

Enigmatic "Friendly" AI
Ancient Evil
Young female love interest who is either an alien or "alienated"
Earth in danger of being invaded/invaded/saved

Long cutscenes dealing with story elements no one really cares about, etc. Painful voice acting... (Just about *all* of them are as bad as Cordoba in FS2: "EPSILON PEGASI!!!!1111")

There are a few clever bits here and there, but overall mediocre.

Beautiful graphics though...

I see...

I'm still failing to understand how to get my ships to do anything other than drift around and die in the demo. They could have done much to make it simpler to understand. "Realism" only goes so far...

Looks awesome! I might try that.

It's very unfortunate that the game itself is quite buggy even after the update. I mean I can't finish the main campaign's last mission because when the second wave of the enemy ships have jumped through the wormhole the game crashes. It's extremely annoying.

Nice to know someone has noticed this mod being produced. Its coming along nicely and hopefully we get something playable soon. Teaser/Trailer will be out in near future. Stay tuned.

Too bad screenshots and videos are out of dated badly. Hopefully we get them updated in few days.
