Hi!

I think I posted this question a loooooooooooooooooooooooooong time back, but cannot for the life of me find it. So please don't hate on me for double posting!

Anyway, I'm really interested in TBP, and the main problem I have with it is that it's based on an actual copyrighted TV show:

1. Since this is fan-made, and non-commercial, is it legal?
2. If it's not, does anyone care?
3. I read that this game comes with music from the show - is that legal as well?
4. If not, does anyone care? XD XD
5. I heard that TBP was featured on the news as a featured TBP mod to show the development of Freespace Open. Am I mistaken here? lol
6. Does anyone know HOW to find the posts you already made? LOL I am such a noob :(
