skybox test

I fixed the skybox problem that people were complaining about.  right now its a quick hack, but in the future it will be handled differently.  the fix seems to work for me

with the exception of this fix, this build is identical to the 03_05_2004 build.  i only included a release exe to cut down on filesize. so if you're not using skyboxes stick with the "unofficial official" 03_05_2004 build
