Title: Possible fix for Mantis 1889: HUD target box doesn't render lighting correctly

A fix for Mantis 1889 (http://scp.indiegames.us/mantis/view.php?id=1889) is currently undergoing testing.

The build contains all fixes including and up to r5068, plus the code/hud/hudtargetbox.cpp fixes to resolve Mantis 1889. You can test the three render modes by pressing Shift-Alt-Q (default) to switch between standard (with lighting), wireframe and standard (without lighting) for your current target.

Build is currently for Mac only, but the patch against r5068 can be found attached to the Mantis issue and then compiled for Windows or Linux.
