The ones at 3DAction planet can only be downloaded if you sign up for there freaking subscription server.

Anywhere else I can get these or do I have to pay for them?

You don't have to pay for FilePlanet. There are free servers avaliable; look underneath the ones where it says Wait time: NONE!

It has no listing under " no waiting".

It might be that the file has been removed from File Planet.

There's no ANI editor in that. Only AniView.
