Indeed. This design, while absolutely gorgeous, needs a truly awesome cooling mechanism to be habitable.

Would be an interesting place to live.. Even more so if it was made to rotate about the other two axis too (slowly).

Very cool, minus the giant, ghostly white, freakishly deformed Japanese School Girl, that looks like what an observer may have seen when the Black Moon reformed in Tokyo 3.  That is assuming there was an observer who hadn't been turned into some kind of primordial orange goo since the aforementioned JSG destroyed everyone's personal AT Field.
