HW1 was doing that for me. Just set the processor affinity to only one core.

I suppose it works like with a dual core. Ctrl-Alt-Del, Processes tab, right-click the desired process, select Set Affinity and tick one of the affinities available (usually 1 is a good choice).

It works EXCEPTIONALLY it works fine trust :D,

Glad I'm not the only one who gets that, it can sometimes take nearly 5-10 seconds per frame :(
