nVidia Control Panel Settings?

Does anyone have some recommended settings for the nVidia Control Panel Manage 3D Settings for 3.7.1?  I have a 660 SC

Looks a good graphic card, i think with standard settings should be ok, but really i´m not sure  :)

Have you got slow frame rates or other problems ?
