Knossos not showing mods

Currently for me, Knossos is barely working.  It doesn't show installed mods some of the time, and the explore tab has very few options.  It appears not to be registering the downloaded retail copy, and keeps prompting me for the installation folder.  I've already done a complete uninstall and reinstall of the launcher, and that didn't help.  Anyone have any ideas?
