note in that recommendation, I have only had it for one one full day and I am hooked.
the graphics are usable though nothing special but it is completely open with a fun learning cycle.  Having a sever us HLP ppl can use is cool

actualy, seeing the size of the inside of the herc (as an example) it is huge and the possibility of hallways, ect is fully possible

i spose i could try an flat-ish cap ship (aten?) and give it a go

also, we do NOT have access to the full 128 meters, without a world modifier we only have about 60

edit: having just measured the aten, it should only be about 50 tall and as such a 1:1 scale should fit if i can find a 260x150 flat area

edit2: "- but the bonuses of size/scale are kinda lost on it-"    not when you figure you only have access to 1m cubes... you lose a LOT of detail making a 20m fighter 1:1

go find 1.5_01 files online and put them in your mincraft folder, its not that hard
this is also a good reason to keep backup folders of the various updates

Griefing seems to have been contained within spawn mainly, I'm not aware of anyone checking "town" as such yet, so there might be some damage there.
There was a building just outside the valley to the northwest that I think you built, apparently it had been TNT'd so I reverted all edits within the past 4 days, it's mostly complete now, but you might want to check it over.
In answer to your original question, it all depends on when a reccomended build of craftbukkit comes out.

ok, after a few upgrades, moving to its own dedicated server, and some other stuff, it was decided that pece's server should be shown off a bit, and theres a fair amount to show    i think i got a good chunk of it in these 5, but it would be impossible to show it all

most things are by hand.


some oddball looking constructions were likely done with a mix of CreativeStick and hand, and then there's the latest addition of a chunk from another world, merged in via MCEdit, but built by hand originally by Kyad and his friend(s?)


[edit] thinking back, not a whole lot of things were done the tool/give way. i should get micos to gimmie a rundown of hand-made to tool-made things...
