This is more or less a rehash of my last builds, but after having been committed to the latest trunk revision.

The only new thing I can think of is that you should be able to remove orders now.

Er, this one is very old and all of the changes in it should be in my more recent builds. Try one of those, and also make sure that you have OpenAL installed.
