Just finished the Shadow Warrior remake which I picked up in the Steam sales over new year after seeing a few good reviews and it was surprisingly good. I expected it might become monotonous like Doom 3 did at first but Shadow Warrior seemed to do well avoiding this for the most part probably due to the level design which was pretty good throughout for a slash/shooter game.

Basically: Make sure your graphics card drivers are updated, poke the detail settings and stuff, see if anything gets you playing again, and try DX 9, 10, and 11 modes to see if any of them work better. Your graphics card may be overheating.

That's happened to me in the 360 version as well...Though only once, and i wasn't the one to land the killing blow, and I had to go inside to reach the top of winterhold college (due to it being an inconsiderate asshole and dying out of arms reach)

Turning off R.E.D. seemed to fix the problem. I've never had a problem with R.E.D. until now. I think it's because this is a huge archipilago map and I have like a MILLION ****ing battleships. And destroyers.

Have been playing the Rust Early Acces on Steam for the last couple of days. I love this game. If Don't Starve, Minecraft and DayZ would have married (that makes three, yes, what a marriage that would be!) into a Multiplayer only game, Rust would be the result. It is awesome. Alpha version, yes, but extremely awesome.

Any idea what tank line you're going to go down?  Also, we have a thread here for fellow HLP-ers who tank.

Protip: U.S. heavy line gets brutally trolly at tier 7 and 8 thanks to nigh-impenetrable front mantlets.  Not much else in the game is tough enough to stop a direct hit from a 152mm APCR round.
