Version2 with upgraded textures and shield icons <by Nyctaeus> :

Textures are suited for PBR builds use.

Gorgeous model!

We now have at least three different fighters called Hydra (the two others are Shivan), but eh.  This one is the best-looking of the three. :yes:

Been following this with great interest ever since the initial post. The finished product looks great!
I've had a look at the two models side by side. I really like how the Hydra takes design cues from the ezechiel while still managing to be its own design and have its own personality.

Exile ships are fine :P. Not the prettest warships in the Universe, but still works. Maybe one day... But this is not this day :P

Lacking a rearming dockpoint and some weird debug errors with the shield anim make me sad.

Other than that, squish it a little and change the guns a bit it's almost a perfect replacement for the Ezechiel!
