No the Zodiac sign saggitarius is for people with birthday's from Nov 22 thru Dec 21.... Like me

Is the name definitive? I mean, Zodiac names are used for spacecraft wings and transports(and cruisers...rarely). There are many Constellations with interesting names around...

They won't change it because of 1 or 2 people's opinion. Though I support this idea. :)
