Exiting/Quitting issues

Every time FS2_Open (and by extension, FRED2_Open and its future replacements like wxFRED2) closes, it always take a very long time to do so, making a system slow a bit. An image (probably a frame capture especially after Alt-Tabbing switch to another window) sometimes appear. I know modern games (esp. Win10 UWP games and cross-platform ones) do that.

I dunno anybody who got the same issue as me. I'm using a nightly build 3.7.5 leading up to 3.8.
