Title: [request] target loss delay

Request:
Basically a per missile table entry delaying between how long between turning your screen away from your target and losing missile lock on said target.

Why:
No reason other than I think it would be cool to have as a way of adding a new way to change how missiles feel in a given mod.

This was a factor in Wing Commander, and might be good for WC:S type mods.

i like this idea, could be usefull
but if it is implemented there should be a way to set the amount to infinite
