I am magic from Mech Commander Omnitech, we cant access ftp in a last few months because of an error login authentication failed.
Can someone please take a look at that?

Try direct.hard-light.net instead of www.hard-light.net.

I tried that:
1) direct.hard-light.net reports

Error: 530 Login authentication failed
2) www.hard-light.net

Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server

3) hard-light.net
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server

Yeah, you need to connect to direct.hard-light.net.  But based on #1, it sounds like you have the wrong password.  You should contact the person who originally requested hosting.  (I think that was Starman.)
