I've already added the template and will be using it in reformatting the briefing/debriefing pages. This would be really useful, as without it the table of Contents is going to end up massive.

Done, but in this case, the TOC limit feature didn't require any special admin file access. :D  Have a look at this page.

I'd like to have an account for the wiki to correct the page about menu.tbl. (It's still in use by FSO and the shourcut keys actually work.)
