Actually, I think that's "sharpens a sword".  But good find.

You're probably right. It sounded like "shall lift" to me, but that makes no sense.

From the lack of responses here I'm guessing people don't have the original ST vp. Here are the voices if anyone is interested.

Just listened to it and in 11, it deffinitely is sharpens, not "shall lift"
