What is this "No excalibur guns" bug?

Been digging though the forums lately and found some people complaining that when they get the excalibur ship, they have no guns at all. They said that it is a bug and that the best way is to borrow a completed save file from someone else to play the missions afterwards. I dont know if its fixed. Does anyone have a completed save file to get past this?

There should be a fix for it the on the WCS forums, let me dig it out.

EDIT - Found the repair tool. It seems fairly rare though, so you might not encounter it at all.

Sure hope im not affected. But do you know what mission number is that?
