Numpad for commands?

Is there any way to bind the numpad to navigate the voice command menu? As it stands I have my keyboard off to the left, and might joystick to the right of it. Everything I need is either on the numpad, directional arrows, or the 6 word processor keys- except voice commands. I have numpad enter bring up the communication menu, but then have to use 1-0 on the main part of the keyboard to tell my wingmen to do anything.

Only way you could really do it is to bind the comm menu commands to numpad keys, through Options - Misc.
