Standlone server and ports

Tried to put up a standalone for TBP a couple days ago.  It shows up on FS2netD but not in game.  I'm thinking it's because it's on 7809.  Now this worked not too long ago because I left one of the standalones on it by accident from testing last year.  Has something been changed to allow only 7808 for hosting?
No-one ever listens to Zathras. Quite mad, they say. It is good that Zathras does not mind. He's even grown to like it. Oh yes. -Zathras
