Feature suggestion (SEXP): hud-disable-element

Basically a SEXP parallel to the Hud Configuration options screen where it lets you turn off individual elements of the HUD.

It would use similar syntax to flash-hud-gauge including the list of hud elements.

What would you be using this for? And what's to stop the user simply going into the preferences and simply turning it back on again?

Nothing really.  Similar to hud-disable where another shift+o would simply turn it back on, I'd like the ability to turn individual elements off.
