Title: Screencap Contest - July/August
Post by: Axem on August 15, 2015, 08:43:46 am
It's still alive...!

Watch those HUD gauges (especially that sneaky FPS gauge) and check out the Screencam Script (http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php?topic=82173.0) to help you win a badge and bragging rights. You can see the rules and the previous winners here on the Wiki (http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php/Screencap_Contest).

Maybe we'll extend this into September to gain more entries or something!

And here's 2 for August:

Now that I did my part, it's time for the rest of the community to do theirs. I find it hard to believe that I am the only one who has time to post some screenshots. It took me like 30 seconds to get that Ursa shot, from loading the mission, setting the camera to hitting Prt Scr. Hell, it took longer just to convert it from .tga to a .jpg. We got all these fancy new lighting builds that the SCP coders have been slaving away creating, making beautiful visuals for the game. Come on HLP! Show their art in action!

No, obviously it was Misuzu thinking she can fly it like a fighter.

When I first saw that this morning, my 1st thought was "Was Misuzu at the helm taking the GA for a joyride." The premiums for her pilot's licence are going to sky rocket.

Screenshots from the excellent Frontlines! It really feels like it could have been an expansion to :v:'s work, very FS1-ey feel.

Livin' Large - in the Terran-Vasudan War, the Fenris was still a force to be reckoned with.

I like how those B5 pictures look better than the CGI used in the show itself  :D

Sowwy~

No, obviously it was Misuzu thinking she can fly it like a fighter.
That, or it was some sort of Daedalus attack (https://youtu.be/Slqa30DSSKE)

It was probably Misuzu though.

Some missiles, because WoD has a lot of em.

Sometimes missiles do a strange dance when the target is gone

Thanks for posting these - glad you enjoyed Frontlines! :) That FS1-ey feel was exactly what we were going for. :D
