If it's not canon and not Vasudan, that also rules out Ribos 4, Deneb 3, Altair 4, Cygnus Prime, Neo-Terra, and SR-5.  I can't think of any other planets offhand, and there aren't any others in the wiki (aside from inferred planets like Deneb 2).
