Crash to desktop on "First Strike"
Morning guys,

FSO works fine until I wanted to play the mission "First Strike".
The game loads some data, shows a cutscene and gives me the two briefings.
As soon as I click "Start" the game quits instantly.

I am using:
+ Ubuntu 11.04 (Natty) 64bit with KDE
+ 3.6.12 INF executables for Linux
+ YAL 0.3 RC2

You should get the patches for the MediaVPs either with the Installer or manually from the release thread (look for the ---_Update.zip files).

Other than that, uh, I'm not particularly familiar with the Linux side of FSO. Were you playing with a debug build intentionally? The terminal output shows some warnings, which would be ignored by release builds.
